Premier Says Hydro One Addressing Billing Errors

Hydro One is continuing to address some of the billing issues affecting some of it's residential customers across the province.

Energy Minister Bob Chiarelli says the utility has hired extra staff to deal with some of the problems that have arisen over the past several months.

Premier Kathleen Wynne says they knew about the billing issues well before Ontario's Ombudsman decided to launch an investigation and had already started working on those
problems.
