An accident caught on camera has led to charges against a Manitoba man.Kenora OPP say the accident happened Saturday afternoon on the West By-pass when a truck pulling a trailor turned to head west and failed to notice an oncoming Eastbound vehicle.
The Eastbound vehicle was unable to stop and hit the truck.
Police say all 3 people involved in the crash only suffered minor injuries.
The 36 year driver of the pick up truck has been charged with failure to yield.
