The Beaver Brae and Kenora All-Star Cheer teams are bringing back a couple of suitcases full of medals from the National Cheerleading Championships in Niagara Falls.The Broncos won the bronze medal in the High School, small all-girl division on Saturday.
The Kenora Junior All-Star Cheer and Dance Team were given an outstanding performance award in the Large Junior age group.
That earned them a top ten finish in the country.
The Senior All-Star Dance Team won a silver medal in the Small Pom Dance Division.
A day later, the Dance Team won a silver medal another competition in Brantford.
A total of 50 cheerleaders attended the National Championships and are heading home today.
