It's going to be a busy spring and summer at the Experimental Lakes area.Several research projects are planned this year at the facility located between Kenora and Vermillion Bay.
Matt McCandless is with the International Institute for Sustainable Development and says they have a couple of projects ready to roll including simulating the impacts of climate change on lake trout.
Another project is looking at so-called nano-silver particles and their impact on the environment.
