If you're going to steal a car, better not be drunk when you're doing it.The OPP have laid a long list of charges against a Winnipeg man after pulling over a vehicle around 2:00 this morning on Golf Course Bay Road.
Police say the vehicle was being driven in an erratic manner.
A quick check also determined that the car had been stolen from a home on 3rd Street South.
