Those are just some of the issues the Lake Of The Woods District Hospital wants to focus on during National Patient Safety week.
Brock Chisolm is a physiotherapist at the hospital and says preventing falls is something they have been spending a lot of time and effort on in recent months.
The hospital is planning to focus on a different issue each day this week
