Kenora's Fire and Emergency Services Department says its pleased withthey way emergency calls are being dispatched in the city.
Fire Chief Warren Brinkman is recommending that city council extend a
contract with the Kenora Central Ambulence Communications Center.
Brinkman says it would cost a lot of money to try and provide the same type
of service in-house.
Brinkman says they budget about 50 thousand dollars a year for dispatching calls to the fire department.
