Grand Council Treaty 3 is looking to sign a consultation agreement with Trans-Canada Pipelines.Warren White is the grand Chief and says the agreement is focused on getting the facts on the Energy East Project.
The agreement could be signed at the upcoming spring assembly.
However, White already feels as though the project won't get the needed approval.
