Kenora's Substance Abuse and Mental Health Task Force has receiveda shot in the arm.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation has approved 220 thousand dollars in funding to hire a program co-ordinator.
Inspector Dave Lucas of the OPP says they have a number of projects they want to pursue through this position.
There is funding in place for three years.
Lucas says they will be posting the job shortly.
