Northern Development and Mines Minister Michael Gravelle is defending progress in the Ring of Fire mining project. The NDP say that there is virtually nothing happening to get the development corporation in gear.
But Gravelle says that's not so, adding the hiring of the consulting firm Deloitte is an important part of the equation
