The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is addressing mental health and addictions needs in Sioux Lookout and Red Lake.The Board has placed a nurse in Queen Elizabeth High School and Red Lake District High School to help students.
Director of Education Sean Monteith says the nurses will provide short-term assessment.
The nurses are funded by the provincial government.
