The Mayor of Terrace Bay has resigned over the communities ongoing battle with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation.Terrace Bay is fighting the recent mill assessments along with Dryden and Espanola and a handful of other communities.
Mike King stated in a letter to town council that he's stepping aside due "irreconcilable differences".
King warns council is well aware its revenue stream will be drastically cut with the reassessment.
