A 63 year old Ear Falls man is dead as the result of an all terrain vehicle accident near Marathon Saturday. Police say that James Buckner was operating the ATV on a trail and lost control of it.
The vehicle went down a hill and threw him off.
They say he was not wearing a helmet at the time.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating as well, because
Buckner was working for Stillwater Mining at the time
