An agreement was signed today, allowing a new company to develop a transmission line that will connect
communities powered by diesel generation.
Manager of Aboriginal Affairs with Goldcorp Adele Faubert says phase one of the project will run through Pickle Lake.
Faubert says phase one should be finished by the end of 2015, and is expected to create 12-hundred construction jobs.
