Kenora MP Greg Rickford is encouraging employers to apply for funding to help create student jobs.Funding is available for not-for-profit organizations, public-sector employers and small businesses.
People between 15-30 years-old who are full time students and intend on returning to school the following year qualify for these job opportunities.
Rickford says this opportunity allows area businesses to provide meaningful jobs for students, and strengthen the local economy.
