A northwestern Ontario High School teacher is looking to become the new head of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation.Paul Elliott of Fort Frances, who's currently on a leave of absence, has been a vice-president for the past four years.
Elliott feels he's got the skills to shape new relations with the province.
Elections will be held at Federation's annual convention in March.
