Tragedy in Emo.
The crash occurred at a controlled railway crossing.
A lone male driver was pulled from the vehicle and transfered to Hospital.He later succumbed to his injuries.
The name of the victim will be released pending notification of next of kin.
OPP and CN Railway Police are investigating but note that the lights at the crossing were working properly.
