The Northwestern Ontario Student Services Consortium is celebrating a year in business.The Consortium handles all school bus services in northwestern Ontario, west of Thunder Bay.
Judy Green is the manager and says one of the big changes they've made is their web-site, which provides up to date information on school bus delays and cancellations.
