First Nation Infrastructure

Ontario's First Nations need 8 billion dollars to close an infrastructure gap. That figure comes from the Ontario First Nation Technical Services Corporation. Assembly of First Nations Regional Chief Angus Tolouse says living conditions are some times atrocious.
