The OPP in Kenora say they have been getting a number of complaints about hunter illegally going after game.Over the past couple of days police have investigated a couple of incidents of hunters shooting toward residences and hunting at night in the Essex Road area.
In one case, a Kenora man was found to have shot and killed a deer.
The hunter was located a short time later, and the matter has since been turned over to the the Ministry of Natural Resources for follow-up.
