Kenora City Council may be considered a lame duck, but it still has some work to do before a new mayor and council are sworn in.A special meeting will take place this morning to approve a number of last minute items.
Council has to finalize arrangements for a joint recycling program with the City of Dryden. A total of 14 items are on today's council agenda.
