It's going to cost a little more than expected to draft plans for phase two of the downtown revitalization project.
Kenora City council will be meeting Monday to approve the tender by the KGS group for the final design and contract administration.
Operations Manager Rick Perchuck says the design contract will cost about 400 thousand dollars, but another 45 thousand dollars will have to be added to that cost in order to come up with plans to cover the festival site with a tent.
Rick Perchuck says he wasn't expecting the added charge but council is expected to approve the added costs at Monday nights open meeting.
