Thunder Bay Rainy River MP John Rafferty says the bill has been cloaked in secrecy.
Rafferty says he doesn't know if today's bill will look anything like the previous bills that aimed to scrap the registry but adds that once he knows what the bill contains he'll spread the word throughout the riding.
