Conciliation efforts are continuing between the Ontario Public Service Employees Union and the Kenora Association for Community Living.OPSEU members rallied outside the Best Western Lakeside Inn this afternoon to show support for their negotiators.
Union spokesperson Pete Edwards says improved wages is only one of the things they are looking for along
with some changes to their work schedule.
The workers at KACL could be in a legal strike position by the middle of November if they can't come to terms on a new contract.
