Matt McCandless is the ELA Project Manager with the International Institute for Sustainable Development and says the transfer of the facility is almost complete.
McCandless notes the Government of Ontario is also working on proposed regulatory changes regarding experiments at the ELA.
He says the changes should be in place for 2014 research season.
