No records were set, but yesterday was officially the hottest day of the summer in Kenora.One of the weather stations at the Kenora Airport hit 32.3, which was marginally warmer than the previous hottest day, which hit 32.2 celcius last week.
The hottest day on record for August 28th is 34.9 back in 1984.
The normal high for this time of year is just 21 degrees.
