Design plans for phase three of downtown revitalization will be unvieled soon.The City of Kenora is going to be showing off the plans for Second Street South next week at the Farmer's Market.
Kenora mayor Dave Canfield says the project is still dependant on gettng funding from both the federal and provincial levels of government.
