The charges stem from an incident last Thursday on Darlington Drive where several vehicles were damaged by a mini-excavator operated by 64 year old John Contini.
Kenora OPP have charged Contini with mischief under $5000, mischief endangering life, unauthorized possession of a weapon, and knowledge of unauthorized possession of a weapon.
Contini will appear in Kenora Court on February 27th.
