One of them started in the Kenora District, 10-kilometres northwest of Minaki
Two others started in the Fort Frances District, while the other sparked in the Thunder Bay District.
The MNR says only four fires are burning in the entire region but the fire hazard remains at "Moderate" to "High" in all areas.
