Even though he's currently some 7-thousand kilometres away, Phil Vinet has still managed to hold on to his position as Chair of the Kenora District Services Board.The Red Lake Mayor was acclaimed at the KDSB general meeting in Dryden today.
Vinet is currently vacationing in Hawaii.
