New forest fires continue to rage across northwestern Ontario.Ministry of Natural Resources fire information officer Gabby Rivard says of the 53 new fires, 26 erupted on Sunday through yesterday.
Dry, sunny conditions returned to the region on the weekend, resulting in a number of new fires.
