New Kenora Mayor Dave Canfield is putting to rest any suggestion the city will use any of the Citizan's Prosperity Fund to help pay for any new infrastructure projects.In his inaugural address, Canfield says if he has his way, council won't be allowed to touch the principal of the 41 million dollar trust fund.
While Canfield presented a sobering picture of the city's finances, he did promise to grow Kenora's economic base and also its population again.
