The City of Kenora has come out with its own Homelessness plan, months before the Kenora District Services Board.The city's Chief Administrative Officer, Karen Brown says they started the process about a year and a half ago.
She says they will be sharing their findings with both the DSAB and Treaty Three in the next couple of months.
The plan has five main points, including social housing, substance abuse, behavioral issues,
and potential city council initiatives.
