Its been a tough year for investments.

The City has released the most recent results for its KMTS Citizan's Prosperity Fund.

The city's treasurer, Charlotte Edie reported to city council yesterday that they will be able to meet their target of three percent earnings on the Trust Fund this year, but admits its been a tougher year than last year.
