It was a night of recognition.
Kenora MP Greg Rickford presented local residents with a Diamond Jubliee Medal at a cermony Friday night at the Discovery Center.
Rickford says it recognises all of their hard work and contributions to the community.
Alice Jardine, Woody Linton, Ada Major, Catherine McLeod and Darlene Fish, Jarrod McLean, Dave Zroback and Constable Clinton
Fontaine were the recipients of the Diamond Jubilee Medals.
