Dave Redl of Blumenort says the child was found lying in the water at the beach and adds that he was one of the only people on the beach who knew C-P-R.
Redl says he performed the life-saving procedure on the child for about 10 minutes with positive results.
The child was taken to Lake of the Woods District Hospital, held for observations then released
