Young people in Kenora could soon have a voice at city hall.Kenora's new youth council is expected to begin meeting in the new year.
City council is expected to formally approve the terms of reference for a youth council next week.
The council would have five youth representitives as well as at least one member of city council sitting in on the discussions.
