There's a blackout on information on contract talks between the Ontario Public Service Employees Union and the Kenora Association of Community Living.

The two sides sat down with a conciliator last week to try and iron out a new agreement.

If there is no deal, workers at KACL could be in a legal strike position later this month.

Some of the union members have been without a contract for over a year and a half.
