Employees with the Kenora Association For Community Living could be in a legal strike position as early as next month.Members of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union held a rally outside the KACL administrative offices yesterday.
The union is seeking, among other things, more full-time jobs for its membership, who have been without a contract for 17 months.
