The City of Kenora is going to have to scale back work to fix up the Thistle Pavillion.Council has approved a tender for the work, which includes expanding the washrooms and making them more accessible to those with physical handicaps.
Operations manager Rick Perchuck says they had to cut some parts of the project in order to come in on budget.
The total cost of the project is estimated at 244 thousand dollars.
