The Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce has a new president.Andy Scribilo, president of the Kenora and District Chamber of Commerce was sworn in last night.
Scribilo says he's looking forward to the challenge.
Barry Streib is the outgoing president of NOACC.
