High Hydro rates seem to be the big issue early on in the provincial election campaign.The NDP released it's energy platform during a stop in Thunder Bay yesterday.
Party leader Andrea Horwath is promising to remove the HST off of hydro bills starting in 2016 if her party forms the next government.
Horwath says that will save a typical family about 120 dollars a year.
