The Ministry of Natural Resources is opening up public feedback on it's proposed habitat regulations for the American White Pelican. Biologist Glen Desy says they want basic information before they put the plan in place.
The MNR wants to protect 300 meters of water or land on the outer edge of the nesting colony.
Feedback will be collected until April 2nd.
